Women’s Heart Health Dash
Here is a really exciting promotion Mrs. Dash just launched to support the WomenHeart Foundation in the fight against heart disease.
As you know February is “American Heart Month.” Heart disease afflicts eight million American women, killing more than 500,000 per year. To help raise awareness, advocate for research and arm women with the information they need, Mrs. Dash is calling on people to join the Women’s Heart Health Dash, which benefits The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease.
Contest prizes:
• 1 Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3 Night/4 Day Package at Red Mountain Resort & Spa. Includes Luxury Villa Bedroom for 2, all meals, hikes, access to fitness facilities, lectures, and $800 allowance for each person to use toward resort activities.
• 1 Weekly Winner Each Week Receives a $100 Visa Gift Card.
How to enter the contest: Log onto www.mrsdash.com to participate in an online race across America by sharing your heart-healthy stories, activities and tips. Each action equals one mile in the race. The goal is to reach 12,000 miles which equals four trips across America and the distance blood travels through the body each day.
